Fit369 subscription fees (monthly or yearly) are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All subscription payments are managed by the respective app stores and are subject to their refund policies.
FIT369 subscriptions are managed securely through the
Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
This means:
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• FIT369 cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• After cancellation you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.
• No additional charges will be applied unless you re-subscribe.
To cancel:
Apple Users (iOS):
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → FIT369 → Cancel
Android Users:
Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → FIT369 → Cancel
All payments and refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play.
• FIT369 does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.
• Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple or Google based on their policies.
Payments made directly to Personal Trainers (PT Packages)
— bank transfer, cash, or external payment links —
are not handled by FIT369.
• Refunds for PT Packages are managed by the trainer directly.
• FIT369 is not responsible for trainer-client payment disputes.
These are in-app purchases processed via Apple/Google. Therefore, refunds follow the same store policies listed above.
If you subscribed accidentally or chose the wrong plan, please request a refund through your respective app store.
Fit369 may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the latest version.
